POLICY

PAYMENTS

The Client will pay the Photographer the total retainer specified and any pre-session purchase of photographic products, plus excess mileage and/or lodging. A $50 Non-Refundable Retainer (Deposit) is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due PRIOR to the photo/video session.

The full payment must be completed on the day of the shoot or before.

TARDINESS

THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELED IF THE CLIENT IS MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE.

An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where the client is over 15 minutes late. This fee is due upon arrival at the photo session and must be collected before the session begins. The session end time will NOT be extended to accommodate the client’s lateness.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the scheduled photo/video session via email/text. No exceptions!  If a 72-hour advance notice is given, the $50 non-refundable retainer will be used as a credit towards the rescheduled photo/video session. If you are unable to make your photo session and you do NOT provide 72-hour advance notice, your non-refundable retainer (deposit) of $50 will serve as your cancellation fee. Deposits will ONLY be refunded if the session is cancelled by the Photographer and a rescheduled session cannot be made.

GUESTS

No more than 2 guests are allowed in the studio.
